4 bet Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

By accessing the 4 bet platform or creating an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms and conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4 bet. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. It is each user's responsibility to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. These terms may be updated at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be deemed acceptance of the new terms.

Each user may only create one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to 4 bet support immediately. 4 bet may request necessary documentation for identity verification at any time, and your account may be restricted until verification is complete.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the 4 bet platform. Registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be closed immediately. You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh and eligible to participate in online gaming activities under local law. Individuals who are legally ineligible to participate in such activities are prohibited from creating an account. 4 bet reserves the right to verify age and identity at any time, and accounts may be suspended if the required documents are not provided.

Any form of fraud, manipulation, or attempt to gain unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited. Using bots, automated software, or any technical means to disrupt the normal operation of the platform is not permitted. Disrespectful, threatening, or offensive behavior toward other users is prohibited. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly forbidden and such activity will be reported to the relevant authorities. Violation of these rules will result in permanent account closure and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

All transactions on the 4 bet platform are conducted in Bangladeshi BDT (৳). For deposits and withdrawals, you must only use payment methods registered in your own name; use of third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. Identity verification must be completed before withdrawal requests are processed. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits will be stated on the platform's payment page and are subject to change. If you experience any issues with a transaction, contact the support team immediately — delays in reporting may make resolution more difficult.

The 4 bet platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we are not liable for technical errors or temporary disruptions. 4 bet will not be held responsible for any game or betting session affected by internet disconnection or device issues. 4 bet is not liable for any loss resulting from a user's own negligence or submission of incorrect information. If a transaction is delayed due to issues with a third-party payment provider, we will offer maximum assistance but will not assume direct liability. All disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh.

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. 4 bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in cases of terms violations, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. Users will be given the opportunity to withdraw their verified balance before account closure, though this may not apply in cases of terms violations. Re-registration is possible after voluntary account closure, however re-registration before the designated period expires is not permitted in cases of responsible gaming self-exclusion.
